Returns & Refunds

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. The Autograph Shed shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. The goods may be sent to you in instalments.

The Autograph Shed is proud of its products and confident that you will be impressed with your purchase. Every item we sell is of the highest standard and authenticity, and we take every care to ensure our goods are packaged and shipped safely.

The goods will be delivered to you at the delivery address you provided during the order process; The Autograph Shed  cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided.

Please examine the goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must examine the goods before signing for it.

If you receive the goods damaged, please email contact sales@autographshed.com within 24 hours of delivery.

You must notify us of any missing items, incorrectly received or unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within 30 days.

If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Before you return an item, please contact us.

UK Delivery Service - Small & Unframed Items

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days once your order has been received.

Once dispatched UK mainland & Northern Ireland orders will take the following times to get to you:

UK Delivery Service - Medium Pre-Framed Items

 We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days once your order has been received.

A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address when placing your order.

 

UK Delivery Service - Large & Pre-Framed Items

Large & framed orders sent to the UK mainland & Northern Ireland are shipped via Parcel Force courier service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days once your order has been received.

Please note: that you the customer will be liable for any alternative delivery address/leave with neighbour or signature release. We cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage using this service.We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days once your order has been received.

 

Import Taxes

At The Autograph Shed we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a standard percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes which may be incurred on goods when sending items to non-UK addresses. Please research your local import taxes and procedures before placing an international order with us.
